good facilities and well located

water to whole building went off whilst getting ready for a wedding and no communication about when it was going back on. staff not helpful or offering compensation. also when busy room service phone just not answered.

Bed was so uncomfortable

Lots of parking available. Nice meal in bar, not overpriced. Efficient check in. Comfortable room and bed. Good quality bedding. Clean, warm, dark and noise free room with all that was needed, towels, iron, kettle, hairdryer, safe etc

Wine in the bar was quite highly priced (€42 for a €20 bottle in the shops). The bottle of wine we initially chose from the menu was not available and we were told that they never had that wine in the first place. No nuts, crisps, nibbles available in the bar. No gin glasses available when gin was ordered. Water pressure in shower was very poor. TV not working in room

Lovely bedroom and excellent leisure facilities (although pool area was busy with children's swimming lessons on the Friday afternoon). Excellent breakfast too

Super comfortable bed. Hotel room has plenty of room. Restaurant was very tasty for dinner!

Expensive food, but tasted good. Not near any other choices for food.

Excellent staff both on arrival who served evening meal and in the morning on departure. Evening meal was excellent

Property very clean and spacious. Restaurant meal was really lovely. But service very slow. Was upgraded second night to a suite which was really lovely. Reception staff very friendly. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice.

Some staff a bit disorganised. Not sure of my name when I arrived. Also when we were upgraded the second night we were given new room keys to someone else's room, and walked in on people. Which was a bit embarrassing. Went back down to reception, who did apologise,, , again got mixed up with my name. She told us she was not informed of our change in room. Then went looking for the manager. Who then corrected the problem. Our safe was not working in the first room, Got reported straight away. But the person who came up, was not sure what to do. Therefore we had to go out with all our valuables... Staff in the evening in the restaurant were very slow. Left finished meals on the table for at least 20 minutes. People waiting for a table were just left there for at least 10 minutes with no one attending to them. One particular staff was talking to guest at a table for a least 20 minutes, knowing people were waiting to be served... One table we noted were left for a long time and I could see they were getting a bit irate. We never went back second night. Shame really as meal was really nice.

Bathroom was dated. No face cloth. Tv was dated. No water or fridge in room. Duvet was too hot. The gap in between the 2 single mattresses in the double bed was painful

The breakfast was very good value for money. we had our room upgraded which was a lovely surprise. The bed was extremely comfortable.

The food was a little undercooked.

Welcoming staff on reception,easy parking,.comfortable bed ,spotlessly clean room ,lovely full breakfast in restaurant with beautiful country views.thanks to all had a great stay.

The staff were second to none...Couldn't do enough for me. It was a stressful time for me as I was sitting exams so any issue I may have encountered they would correct immediately. Facilities are excellent. I stayed for 5 nights due to a collage course I was attending.

The way to our room was a little long and winding but nothing we couldn’t manage. The entrance between car drop-off and main entrance is exposed so in cold and wet weather, it isn’t really the best way to drop off luggages and/or your family off without some shelter or umbrella. Also room didnt come with a fridge.

The gym and leisure facilities were very good. The staff were polite and attentive. I thought the bar food was fine.

The cooked breakfast was of poor quality. Wasn’t impressed.

Bedroom carpet badly stained, shower grimy and room wasn’t as clean as expected from online reviews. Disappointing

The staff were friendly and the bar and outside areas are in a nice setting. The hotel just needs a steer in the right direction and some small refurbishments in order to be classed as a 4 star.

The hotel has deteriorated in condition since the advertising photos were taken and needs refurbishment in some areas to reflect a 4 star hotel. Our room was very basic, matress not great (usually not fussy about that). Male changing rooms in the leisure centre were not clean. The shower cubicles were full of grime. No soap in any of the shower dispensers. The staff in the bar were struggling and I wouldn't say it was crazy busy. I was given a menu at the table and ordered a drink, I was completely forgotten about. The bar counter was full of glasses not cleared away. This hotel has huge potential but needs a steer in the right direction. Worst breakfast I have ever had, anywhere.

Amazing service and the staff were very friendly, I arrived at the bar just in time for last orders for food. Unfortunately the chef actually had left before he made my food as I was informed by the bar tender. The bar tender could not have apologised enough & then arranged for My order to be prepared... with the confusion he then gave me the food free of charge. The room was really big and they even had two little chocolates let in the room such a nice little touch. Definitely would stay agin.
